Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to Nexoro's AI-enabled productivity platform. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
Users must be authorized by their organization to create accounts and connect Integrated Services. Users are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all account activities. Unauthorized account use must be reported immediately.
2. Access to Integrated Services
Nexoro users grant permission to connect to third-party services like CRMs and ticketing systems. The platform may extract data from these systems and write data back when authorized. Users remain responsible for complying with the terms of any Integrated Service connected to Nexoro.
3. Use of AI and Data Processing
Nexoro uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and related AI technologies to process extracted data. Processing occurs solely to deliver insights to organizations. The service does not intentionally store personally identifiable information from Integrated Services and minimizes incidental PII in project or ticket content.
4. Acceptable Use
Users cannot:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service
- Circumvent security measures
- Upload unlawful or infringing content
- Violate applicable law or third-party terms
5. Intellectual Property
Nexoro retains all intellectual property rights. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms.
6. Service Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nexoro makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation or fitness for specific purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nexoro's liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. The company is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.
8. Indemnification
Users indemnify Nexoro from claims arising from Service use, Terms violations, or breaches of Integrated Service terms.
9. Termination
Nexoro may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations. Users may stop using the Service by disabling integrations and closing their account.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
Nexoro may update Terms with revised Effective Date postings. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
